From November 21 to 23, City Lab Biobío took part in a new edition of EtM Day. In its 2025 version, the event aimed to consolidate itself as the world’s largest entrepreneurship gathering, bringing together thousands of attendees and companies while reinforcing its role as a key space for building high-value connections within the national and international ecosystem.
Organized by the Emprende tu Mente (EtM) Foundation, the event will take place at Parque Bicentenario in Vitacura and aims to double the number of stands compared with last year, reaching a total of 1,000 spaces for entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors.
City Lab Biobío will present Metropolitan Scope Biobío to the entrepreneurial community, a new large-scale interface for visualizing urban indicators. The system integrates tangible and digital platforms that help address spatial design and urban planning challenges, ranging from simulation models to citizen participation tools.
The large-scale interface is the second iteration of CityScope, an urban scenario visualization system developed by the City Science group at the MIT Media Lab and now present in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The new platform covers five municipalities in Greater Concepción, the urban core of the most important metropolitan area in southern Chile.

The event is expected to attract more than 50,000 people to talks, training sessions, networking activities, and other collaborative spaces. This year’s edition will bring together participants from nearly 20 countries, with India featured as the main guest. Its innovation ecosystem will arrive with a portfolio of startups and solutions based on generative artificial intelligence aimed at improving business performance and efficiency.
